How Charstie’s Cookies began…

 

I began baking in high school for my family and friends. During college, I organized two bake sale fundraisers for a club I was involved with. The fundraisers were a huge hit. College students love homemade cookies!

 

After I graduated from college and started my first full-time job, I often baked cookies for my coworkers. Several times, I heard, “Hey Charstie, these are great! You should sell these!” And so, now I do. Charstie’s Cookies is based out of my kitchen. The cookies are indeed homemade, but I also take great care to make sure your cookies are packaged professionally. Your clients, family and friends will enjoy cookies that not only taste great but also are packaged to show that you care.

Are your cookies soft or crunchy?

All of our cookies are soft…no crumbly dry cookies here!

 

Are they fresh?

Yes! We deliver or ship as soon as possible after baking, so the cookies come to you fresh.

 

I can't figure out how to order!

There are so many variables in cookies, packaging and shipping.  Just email us with what you are looking for and we will get back to you with the cost.  

 

What does shipping cost?

Please email us what you are looking to order, along with your zip code, and we'll email back the shipping cost.  If you don't like the shipping cost, don't blame us, we only charge the actual UPS shipping rate.

 

I don’t see my favorite kind. Do you have others?

I’m always ready to try a new recipe! So, if there’s a cookie you’re craving or if you have grandma’s yummy cookie recipe but don’t have time to bake, I’d be happy to give them a try!

 

Do you have more sugar cookie shapes?

New shapes are added to our list often. If you don't see what you want, please ask!

 

Do you ship or deliver?

Yes! We can deliver to the Des Moines, Iowa, area. And we can also ship your cookies UPS. We recommend overnight or 2-day delivery, so your cookies arrive fresh.  (In warmer weather, we recommend overnight early delivery.)
